For the second year running Bishopsgate is delighted to be taking part in OUTing the Past, during LGBT History Month. This year we will be hearing from speakers on a range of LGBTQ+ subjects, as well as exploring the queer histories that can be found in the Bishopsgate Institute Special Collections and Archives.
Bolton Library & Museum Service are delighted to be an Outing the Past Hub for 2019, our festival day is Saturday 16th March. Our programme for the day has elements suitable for all ages, the whole 4 floors of Bolton Library & Museum Service will be awash with rainbows for the day.

A celebration of Irish LGBT History

Come and join us this LGBT History Month at The Museum of Liverpool, 23 February, for our OUTing the Past Festival of LGBT History. This year we are one of 18 venues in the UK and Ireland, Norway, Sweden and New York! Speakers will be coming from around the UK , including some home-grown talent.
OUTing The Past 2019 will be celebrated at the National Gallery of Ireland in Dublin on 23. March 2019. Please find below a detailed programme of the first OTP celebrations in Dublin!
Södertälje konsthall in collaboration with TUPILAK is very happy to host OUTing the Past: The International Festival of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Trans History 2019, as a hub part of the coming celebrations!
As part of LGBT History Month the National Maritime Museum will be hosting OUTing the Past – an evening of free talks by gifted speakers from around the UK and Ireland.
LSE Library is delighted to be a hub with speakers offering a wealth of perspectives on early activists and to speak to aspects of our Hall-Carpenter Archive.
Somerset Libraries are very excited to be hosting their first Outing the Past Festival in Taunton Libraryin February 2019. Our festival programme therefore covers a wide variety of topics and historical periods and hopes to provide ‘something for everyone’.
The Higgins Bedford is very excited to be hosting our 2nd OUTing the Past Festival as a hub venue. We have a dynamic range of speakers on a wide range of themes on Saturday 16th February.
