Jan 2020 is the 20th anniversary of the repeal of a military law barring gay service. Fighting with Pride is a new and unique record capturing the lived experiences of ten LGBT personnel representing all three services of the Armed Forces (between WW2 and the present day). Their testimony captures the trials, tribulations and successes of LGBT+ personnel in the Armed Forces before, during, and after the ban was repealed; and includes accounts of the legal challenges faced in the UK and finally won in the European Courts.
