OTP 2022 Hub - Little Museum of Dublin
Thursday 31st March - Virtual
As a local history museum for the city of Dublin, the Little Museum of Dublin chronicles the history of the capital city. It provides visitors with information on life in Dublin during that time period. The Little Museum, the passion project of director Trevor White, was formed in April 2011 and officially opened its doors to the public in October of the same year. The museum has a collection of over 5,000 artefacts that have been donated or loaned directly from the people of Dublin. It has three floors of exhibition space in the Georgian townhouse, and a wonderful staff who are dedicated to history, humour and hospitality.
This year the OUTing the Past Ireland Festival is in partnership with multiple institutions across the island of Ireland. It will run across three weeks from 18th March to 10th April and 15 sites. The Little Museum of Dublin will be playing host to a fascinating mix of talks focused on discussion and fun engagement.
The full programme of talks, tours, activities and music will be announced soon – watch this space!
